Leo Pareja is the CEO of eXp Realty®, the most agent-centric real estate brokerage on the planet™. With over 20 years of real estate experience, Leo has sold nearly 4,000 homes and led one of the top-producing teams in the nation. A recognized industry leader, he’s been named to RealTrends’ The Thousand, NAHREP’s Top 250 (where he ranked No. 1), and is a six-time Swanepoel Power 200 honoree. Before becoming CEO in 2024, Leo served as eXp’s Chief Strategy Officer, where he launched transformative platforms like Revenos and enhanced eXp Solutions. An entrepreneur at heart, Leo co-founded a major East Coast lending firm and tech platform Remine. He’s also a proud advocate for agent equity and a former national president of NAHREP.
